Itinerary: 8 Days Tangier to Casablanca tour

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

Meet your driver/guide at the port or airport and depart for Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue City” nestled in the Rif Mountains. Explore its charming medina with white-and-bluewashed walls, markets, and mountain views. Overnight in a riad. (BB)

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Fes

After breakfast, drive to Fes (approx. 4 hrs). Visit the Royal Palace gate, the Mellah (Jewish quarter), Al Qaraouine University, tanneries, Attarine Museum, and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. Overnight in a riad. (BB)

Day 3: Fes – Merzouga (via Ifrane, Midelt, Atlas Mountains)

Depart Fes via Ifrane (“the Switzerland of Morocco”) and the cedar forests of Azrou. Continue through Midelt, the Ziz Valley, and Erfoud to reach Merzouga. Camel trek across the dunes, enjoy sunset, dinner, and overnight in a desert camp. (DBB)

Day 4: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Witness sunrise over the dunes, then return by camel to Merzouga. Drive to Rissani, Tinghir, and the spectacular Todra Gorge. Continue to Dades Valley, famous for its rock formations and kasbahs. Overnight in hotel. (BDB)

Day 5: Dades – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

Travel via the Rose Valley, Skoura Oasis, and Taourirt Kasbah. Visit Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO site and filming location. Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka pass to Marrakech. Overnight in riad. (BB)

Day 6: Explore Marrakech

Full-day guided city tour: Majorelle Gardens, Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Madrasa. Afternoon visit to souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Overnight in riad. (BB)

Day 7: Marrakech – Casablanca

Free morning in Marrakech, then drive to Casablanca. Visit Hassan II Mosque, Corniche, and Morocco Mall (time permitting). Overnight in hotel. (BB)
