Itinerary: 8 Days Sahara Tour From Marrakech and Back

Day 1: Arrive in Marrakech

Our team will welcome you at the Marrakech Menara Airport and transfer to your Riad in the heart of the old Medina of Marrakech with bed and breakfast, This will be the begining of your 8 Days Marrakech and Sahara Tour .

Day 2: Explore Marrakech

Explore Marrakech, including the impressive Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. After lunch, visit Jamaa el Fna, the bustling heart of the city, and explore the leather souk and spice market. Overnight in the same Riad with bed and breakfast.

Day 3: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

Depart Marrakech for Ouarzazate, crossing the Tizi-n-Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Stop for lunch on the way before visiting the UNESCO-listed Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and exploring the Film Studio (Optional). Before checking into your hotel in Ouarzazate with dinner bed and breakfast.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Zagora

After your breakfast, travel from Ouarzazate to Zagora, stopping at the Kasbah of Storks and enjoying panoramic views of the valley. Continue through Agdez and Tizi-n-Tinififft pass to the Kasbah of Tamnougalte. Driving across the Draa Valley and arrive in Zagora late afternoon. Night in a hotel with dinner and breakfast.

Day 5: Zagora – Rissani – Merzouga

Journey from Zagora through the Draa Valley to Tazarine and ALNIF, with lunch en route. Continue to the spectacular dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi) via Rissani. Experience a camel ride at sunset and spend the night in a Berber tent in the Erg Chebbi sand dune. Dinner and breakfast

Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Wake up to watch the sunrise over the dunes, have your breakfast, then enjoy a camel ride back to Merzouga village where you meet your driver and travel to Erfoud, crossing the palm groves of Tourog and Tinjdad, lunch on the way. Continue to the Todra Gorges for a short hike before heading towards Dades Valley where your night will be in a hotel with dinner and breakfast.

Day 7: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Marrakech

Breakfast in teh hotel and depart toward Marrakech, traveling through the Valley of the Roses, and Skoura. Visit Kasbah Amredhyle before heading back to Marrakech via the Tizi-N-Tichka pass with stops along the way. Night in a riad with bed and breakfast

Day 8: Transfert to the Airport

Free time on your own and transfert to the Airport depending on your flight time. The end of our services.
