Itinerary: 6 Days Casablanca to Marrakech Tour

Day 1: Casablanca – Fes

Pick-up from Casablanca Airport and drive to Fes. Overnight in a riad (B&B).

Day 2: Explore Fes

Full day guided tour of Fes: Royal Palace, Mellah, Al Qaraouine University, Tanneries, Attarine Museum, Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, pottery cooperative, and panoramic views of the Medina. Evening visit to the new city (optional). Overnight in the same riad (B&B).

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Drive through the Middle Atlas via Ifrane, cedar forests (Barbary apes), and Midelt. Continue through Ziz Valley and Erfoud to Merzouga. Camel trek into the dunes, dinner, and overnight in a desert camp (DBB).

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Sunrise over the dunes, camel trek back, then drive through Rissani, Tinghir, and Todra Gorges. Continue to Dades Valley to see kasbahs and rock formations (“monkey toes”). Overnight in a hotel overlooking the valley (DBB).

Day 5: Dades – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

Journey along the “road of a thousand kasbahs,” stopping at Kalaat Mgouna (rose city) and Skoura (Kasbah Amridil). Continue to Ouarzazate, visit Ait Benhaddou Kasbah (UNESCO site), then cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka Pass to Marrakech. Overnight in a riad (B&B).

Day 6: Explore Marrakech – Airport Transfer

Guided visit of Marrakech: Majorelle Gardens, Koutoubia, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, and Medina. Free time before airport transfer. End of tour.
