This 6 day trip begins in Fes, where you’ll explore the historic medina, palaces, and panoramic viewpoints before traveling through the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane and the cedar forests. Continue to the dramatic Todra Gorges, then head to Merzouga for a camel trek and an unforgettable night in the Camp in the Sahara Desert. The trip concludes with scenic drives through the Ziz Valley, Midelt, and Azrou before returning to Fes, with free time before your departure.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided exploration of Fes, the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco. The morning begins with a visit to the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), the Royal Palace, the famous tanneries, and the Quaraouine Mosque. Following lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant within the medina, continue to the Merinid Tombs for a panoramic view of the city. Overnight stay in Fes with bed and breakfast.
After breakfast, depart Fes toward the south, passing through the Middle and High Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” before continuing to the cedar forest, home to the Barbary macaques. Continue your journey with scenic stops along the way until reaching the stunning Todra Gorges. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Todra valley with bed and breakfast.
In the morning, take a short hike in the green valley of Todra. Afterwards, travel toward Merzouga via Erfoud, where you can visit a fossil workshop. After lunch en route, arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon and embark on a camel trek across the golden dunes, guided by a local camel driver. Spend the night in a desert camp under the stars. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp with bed and breakfast.
Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp. Return to Merzouga by camel to meet your driver. Continue your journey through Erfoud, the Ziz Valley, and Errachidia before stopping for lunch in Midelt. In the afternoon, pass through the cedar forests of Azrou and the mountain town of Ifrane before arriving back in Fes. Overnight stay in a riad with bed and breakfast.
