Itinerary: 10 Days trip from Marrakech and back

Day 1: Arrive in Marrakech

Our team will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign bearing your name to transport you to your Riad, where the trip begins. Enjoy a free afternoon and an overnight stay in the Riad with breakfast
 

Day 2: Explore Marrakech

After breakfast at your Riad, You’ll start exploring Marrakech, the ‘Red City’ of Morocco. Your guide will ensure you visit the historical and cultural sites, including the Saadian Tombs, the palaces of El Bahia and El Badi, and the Ben Youssef Quranic School. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near the square, followed by an afternoon visit to the Majorelle Garden (optional) and the Koutoubia Tower. Accommodation will be the same Riad, Bed and breakfast.
 

Day 3: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Dades

After breakfast at your Riad, set out for Dades, passing through the renowned Tizi Ntichka pass (2260m) above the High Atlas Mountains. Reach the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the oldest in south Morocco, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. Today, it serves as a historical matrimonial site and houses numerous Glaoui family members. Enjoy lunch near the Kasbah and continue to the Dades Valley via Ouarzazat, known as the ‘Hollywood of Africa.’ Your first stop will be at the renowned village of Kalaa M’gouna, celebrated for its roses and rose-based products. As this is the route of a thousand Kasbahs, You’ll have aN opportunities to capture some of the most stunning photos of your journey. Tonight, stay in a hotel overlooking the Dades Valley. Dinner, and breakfast included.
 

Day 4: Dades – Todgha Gorges – Merzouga

After breakfast at the hotel, continue along the valley to witness the astonishing rock formation known as the ‘Monkey Toes’ and the 19th-century Ait Yul Kasbah. Depart from the Dades Valley towards Tinrghir and the Todra Valley. Marvel at panoramic views of ancient mud-brick Berber villages perched above the valley. Take a short stroll beneath the 200m-high red cliff of the Todra Gorges, a popular spot for climbers. Your journey then leads to Erfoud and through the expansive black desert. Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon. Accommodation for the night will be in a Riad. With dinner and breakfast.
 

Day 5: Tour of the dunes in Merzouga

After the breakfast at the hotel, join a explorative day of  Merzouga region, visiting the village of Khamlia, the Mifis mines, and nomadic families residing between the dunes and the Algerian border. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, savoring the region’s specialties, before returning to the hotel. There, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before your camel ride. Guided by an experienced camel, venture into the golden sand sea of Merzouga. Dinner and breakfast will be served at the camp where you’ll spend the night.
 

Day 6: Merzouga – Midelt – Fez

Wake early to witness the sunrise over the dunes, have breakfast, and return to the village on camelback. Meet your driver and depart for Errachidia via Erfoud, continuing through the Ziz Valley. Lunch will be in Midelt, followed by a journey through the cedar forests of Azrou and the Middle Atlas, where you’ll encounter Barbary monkeys. Finally, arrive in Fes and spend the night in a Riad. Bed and breakfast.
 

Day 7: Explore Fes – Chefchaouen

Half a day will be to explore the medina (the old city) and its narrow alleys, including the famous tanneries and the Quaraouine Mosque. Your tour encompasses the Jewish quarter and the Royal Palace gate. After lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant in the Medina, visit the Merinid tombs for a stunning panoramic view of the city. Then, head to Chefchaouen, a popular tourist attraction in Morocco, nestled in the Rif Mountains just south of the Mediterranean coast. Known as the ‘Blue City’ for its traditional blue-painted buildings, Chefchaouen invites you to stroll through the white and blue walls of the medina and explore markets offering unique indigenous crafts. Chefchaouen is a fantastic photography destination with breathtaking views of the Rif Mountains. Overnight stay in a Riad. Bed and breakfast.
 

Day 8: Chefchaouen – Rabat

After a free morning in Chefchaouen to explore it on your own, head towards Rabat. In Rabat, explore the ruins of Chellah, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Hassan Tower. Spend the night in a Riad/Hotel with bed and breakfast.
 

Day 9: Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech

After breakfast in Rabat, depart for Casablanca, where you’ll visit one of the highlights of the City, the Hassan II Mosque. Lunch will be there, and then continue your journey to Marrakech, where you’ll spend the night in a Riad with bed and breakfast.
 

Day 10: Free time and transfert to the Airport

Free time on your own and transfert to the Airport depend on your flight time . Conclusion of your adventure .
