Errachidia- Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

After your breakfast in your hotel, You will travel along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud, where you can visit a fossils workshop , then to Rissani where you will see the Souk, an authentic Moroccan souk; this place is the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty and the meeting place for the trade Caravans traveling as far as timbuctu in Mali .  Arrive to Merzouga on the afternoon. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check in to your riad. Overnight in a Riad. DBB.

Merzouga area and the Camel trek:

After the breakfast in the riad you will start an explorative journey of the area. You’ll visit the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle. Not far away there’s the lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations (it dries sometimes).  You will also visit the nomads living between the Erg Chebbi sand dunes and the Algerian border, with possibility to have a cup of tea with them, back to Merzouga village in the afternoon to mount your camels, guided by an experienced camel man to explore within the sand sea of Merzouga. Enjoy a wonderful sunset over the golden dunes and sleep overnight at the desert  camp. DBB.

Merzouga Todra Gorges Dades Valley:

Wake up to watch what well may be the best sunrise of your life. Then you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to your riad.  Enroute you couldn’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes - changing with the light as the day progresses. Meet your driver and leave for  Tinghir, and Todra gorges - the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. Drive along the Todra Valley, where you will have lunch at the heart of the gorge we’ll drive through the Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as "monkey toes". Overnight accommodation will be in a fancy hotel overlooking the Dades valley. (BDB)

Dades Gorge – Skoura -Ouarzazat

After breakfast in the hotel, you will travel through the Dades Valley towards Kalaa M'gouna and Ouarzazat. The route through Dades Valley is the way of the thousand kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip. Today you will enjoy the fertile Rose valley and the rock formations along the way. We’ll stop at Kalaat M’gouna, "the rose city", to purchase the rosewater, which will make your linen smell good a long time after your trip is over.  Continue to Skoura and the birds valley; visit the Kasbah Amridyl, a well-preserved kasbah in this area. After some hiking in the valley stop in a restaurant, overlooking the whole valley, for lunch. On to Ouarzazate , “the Hollywood of Africa”, whose geography and beautiful landscapes has attracted many world class movie producers.  Here you may choose to visit the studios, containing props used in movies, you may have already seen, such as The Mummy, Gladiator and the Last temptation of Christ. .. Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou- Marrakech

After breakfast visit of Taourirt Kasbah and Film Studios then departure to Marrakech with a stop in the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco, a UNESCO matrimonial historical site since 1987, now, a house of many Glaoui family members and famous tourists destination. Lunch by the Kasbah and continue to Marrakech crossing the high Atlas mountains. Drop off around 5:00 PM
